Each one of these steps could be a solution:
- Make sure the firewall is disabled and that your WiFi is connected at 2.4 GHz in case you have a dual band network.
- Install the Intel® Chipset Device Software, then uninstall and reinstall the latest Intel® HD Graphics driver.
- Delete the TV adapter profile from PC and Devices, then try connecting again.
- Resetting the TV adapter and upgrading its firmware again.
The Intel® System Identification Utility did not show the wireless adapter model and driver. Please provide this information if the issue persists.
