TIMINCA register working

Hi,

I'm trying to understand TIMINCA register work (datasheet Intel® 82574 GbE Controller Family, 7.7.3.1).

Check me, please.

Could I say that increment for SYSTIM register in one second would be equal to next value:

F * TIMINCA.incperiod * TIMINCA.incvalue,

where F is frequency of NIC in Hz, TIMINCA.incperiod is in times, TIMINCA.incvalue is in seconds?
